Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of The Ventilator website, products and memberships.

Template text, not legal advice. Replace everything in [brackets] and have a qualified lawyer review this page for your business and country before publishing.
1. Who we are
The Ventilator (“we”, “us”, “our”) is operated by [Legal business name], [registered address], [country]. You can contact us at [contact email]. By using this website you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site.
2. Accounts
Some content requires a free account. Accounts use passwordless email sign-in: we send a one-time code to the address you provide. You are responsible for keeping access to your email secure and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 16 years old, or the age of digital consent in your country, to create an account.
3. Products and access levels
Free products are available after you submit your email address.
Members products are available to anyone with a free account.
Pro products are available to customers with an active Pro subscription.
We may add, update or retire products at any time. Descriptions, formats and file sizes are provided in good faith and may change.
4. Subscriptions and payments
Pro is billed monthly or yearly in advance through our payment provider, [Lemon Squeezy / Stripe], which acts as the seller or payment processor for your order. Prices are shown in USD and taxes may be added at checkout. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel anytime from your account; access continues until the end of the paid period. Failed payments may lead to access being paused or cancelled.
5. License to use products
Your use of downloaded products is governed by our License. In short: you may use products for personal and commercial projects, but you may not resell, share, redistribute or publish the files themselves.
6. Acceptable use
Don’t share your account, sign-in codes or paid files with others.
Don’t attempt to bypass access controls, scrape the site or interfere with its security.
Don’t use the site for anything unlawful, harmful or abusive.
We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms, without refund where the law allows.
7. Third-party services
The site relies on third-party services, including Framer (hosting), FrameAuth (accounts and access control) and our payment provider. Their availability and their own terms are outside our control. See the Membership & Access Terms for details.
8. Disclaimers and liability
Products are educational resources provided “as is”. Results depend on many factors and are not guaranteed. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law that cannot be excluded.
9. Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced on this page or by email. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of [jurisdiction]. Disputes will be handled by the courts of [jurisdiction], unless your local consumer law gives you the right to use your local courts.
