The Weekly Review Ritual
Thirty minutes every Sunday that keep the whole system honest. The exact questions I ask, and what I do with the answers.

Most productivity systems fail quietly. Not on the day you set them up, but three weeks later, when the inbox is full, the plan is stale and you have stopped trusting it. The weekly review is how you stop that drift.
The 30-minute version
Block thirty minutes on Sunday. Same time, same place, same questions. Treat it like a meeting with the person you will be next week.
What shipped this week, and where is the proof?
What stalled, and what is the one blocker?
What did people respond to?
What am I deleting from the list?
Close the loops
Empty every inbox you own into one list. Anything that takes under two minutes, do it now. Everything else gets a date or gets deleted. The goal is a list you trust, not a list that is long.
Pick one outcome
Choose one outcome for next week and three tasks that move it forward. Write it somewhere you will see on Monday morning. That is the whole ritual.
